Hey there! I’m Casey Bird, the proud owner and operator of Studio Seventy Two.

What started as a passion project has now grown into something bigger, and I couldn’t be more excited to share this next chapter with you!

My journey into wellness began back in 2015 when my mum faced serious health challenges. That’s when we discovered the power of infrared saunas—and they changed everything. The healing benefits were undeniable, and I knew our community needed access to this kind of wellness, just like the big cities have. That’s why I created Studio Seventy Two—a place where healing, recovery, and self-care come together under one roof.

Now, with our brand-new studio, we’ve expanded far beyond infrared saunas. Our upgraded space allows you to stack multiple healing modalities in one session, so you get the most out of your time and your health. Whether it’s:
