We have three suites that are dedicated to Infrared Sauna use and our popular Magnesium Wrap Treatment. Our sessions are specifically designed to be private, you don’t have to share if you don’t want to, however if you do want to bring a friend to your sauna specific appointnmets, you absolutely can! We also now have a spacious new Compression Therapy Lounge and Red Light Therapy room.
