Wellness Waiver & Health Acknowledgement
By booking or attending Studio Seventy Two, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
GENERAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All wellness services provided at Studio Seventy Two are voluntary and intended to support general wellbeing, relaxation, recovery and wellness support only. Studio Seventy Two does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and all services are used at your own discretion and responsibility.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically suitable to participate in any wellness modality offered within the studio.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
You acknowledge that certain wellness services may not be suitable for all individuals, particularly those with:
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease
• Heat sensitivity or inability to regulate temperature
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe skin conditions or open wounds
• Recent surgery or serious illness
• Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
• Serious medical conditions or implanted medical devices
If you are unsure whether a service is suitable for you, we strongly recommend consulting your medical practitioner prior to attending.
INFRARED SAUNA
You acknowledge that infrared sauna use involves exposure to elevated temperatures which may cause sweating, dehydration, dizziness, light-headedness or overheating if used incorrectly.
Clients are encouraged to remain hydrated before, during and after sauna use and may leave a session immediately if discomfort occurs.
RED LIGHT THERAPY
You acknowledge that red light therapy is a wellness modality intended to support relaxation, recovery and general wellbeing. Protective eyewear should be used where advised and clients sensitive to light should consult a healthcare professional before use.
LYMPHATIC & RECOVERY MODALITIES
You acknowledge that lymphatic, compression and recovery modalities may stimulate circulation, detoxification, fluid movement and temporary post-session symptoms such as fatigue, increased urination, detox-like symptoms or soreness.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their own comfort levels throughout sessions.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You acknowledge that participation in wellness services is voluntary and that you are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition before, during and after your session.
You agree to immediately notify Studio Seventy Two staff if you feel unwell, uncomfortable or experience any adverse symptoms during your appointment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Seventy Two, its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, reaction, loss or damages arising from participation in wellness services provided within the studio.
STUDIO CONDUCT
Studio Seventy Two is a calm, respectful and wellness-focused environment. Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other clients and studio property at all times.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By booking, attending or participating in services at Studio Seventy Two, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to this Wellness Waiver & Health Acknowledgement.

STUDIO POLICIES
Our policies are designed to create a smooth, respectful and supportive experience for all clients attending Studio Seventy Two. By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, gift voucher or membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio policies.
GENERAL BOOKING POLICIES
Appointments
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or directly with Studio Seventy Two.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of that session, pass or booking.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting following appointments.
PACKAGES & PASSES
All packages, packs and prepaid passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Packages and passes must be used within their listed expiry period. Expired sessions will automatically forfeit and cannot be extended unless approved directly by Studio Seventy Two.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the booked session.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and used before the expiry date listed on the voucher.
Gift vouchers may be used toward eligible services, packages or products unless otherwise stated.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
By attending Studio Seventy Two, clients acknowledge that all wellness services are used voluntarily and at their own discretion.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically suitable to participate in infrared sauna, red light therapy, lymphatic, recovery or wellness services offered within the studio.
Studio Seventy Two does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and all services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes only.
STUDIO CONDUCT
Studio Seventy Two is a calm, respectful and wellness-focused environment.
Repeated late cancellations, inappropriate behaviour, misuse of memberships or breaches of studio policies may result in suspension or cancellation of booking privileges or memberships at the discretion of Studio Seventy Two.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Membership Term
All memberships require a minimum commitment period of 4 months (120 days). Membership payments are charged automatically on the same day each week until cancelled directly with Studio Seventy Two.
Cancellations
Memberships may be cancelled anytime after the completion of the initial 4-month commitment period with no cancellation fee. Memberships do not automatically end and cancellation requests must be submitted directly with Studio Seventy Two.
Early Cancellation
Memberships cancelled before the completion of the minimum 4-month term will incur a $55 early exit fee.
Session Usage
Membership sessions are intended for weekly use, however members may book their included session outside of their direct debit week provided the session is booked and used before their next scheduled membership payment date.
Unused sessions do not roll over, accumulate or bank into future billing periods. Any unused or unbooked sessions remaining after the next direct debit date will automatically be forfeited.
Failed Payments
Failed membership payments must be resolved within 24 hours.
Membership payments that fail due to insufficient funds, expired cards or payment issues may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership access, forfeit any unused sessions, member pricing and associated membership privileges.
Members are responsible for ensuring payment details remain current and valid at all times. Studio Seventy Two reserves the right to apply a $15 membership reactivation/administration fee for memberships requiring manual reactivation following repeated failed payment attempts. Continued membership access is subject to successful ongoing payment processing.
Membership Pauses
Memberships may be paused for a maximum combined total of 4 weeks during the minimum membership term. Pause requests must be arranged directly with Studio Seventy Two.
Member Benefits
Active members receive access to exclusive member pricing, selected discounted add-ons, upgrades and rotating monthly member perks. Member benefits, inclusions and pricing may be updated or modified by Studio Seventy Two at any time.
Non-Transferable
Memberships, sessions and associated member benefits are non-transferable, non-shareable and may only be used by the registered member.
